Mild Case Tinnitus Sufferer, Ears Numb With Blur Sound. What Could Be Reason?

Hi, i am a mild case tinnitus sufferer, happened to be for quite awhile i have not been heading to the club. yesterday i was there pretty long, and today after i woke up, i felt my ears are numb with sound. i could not hear people from a certain distance. the sound is blur, not clear , so i would like to hear some advise. would my hearing get back to before, or i had already damages it. thanks.

if there is tinnitus it means may be blockage due to wax
ear drum infections ruptured drum
middle ea inections
ear bone tiffness
and nerve involvement
get diagnosed and treat
if nerve is damaged we can do rare help other problems are reversible with treatment of cause
