HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Her weight and length are appropriate for her age.

At her age, she is soon approaching eating from the family pot (eating what everyone else uses), this can be done at 12 months of age.

She should be able to use finger foods such as cut up vegetable and fruits, soft pasta, crackers. She would also have started using protein at 9 mths (egg yolks, meat, fish, cheese)

She would still need milk during the day even though she should be using a lot of solid food.

To improve her sleep pattern, you need to establish a schedule that you would stick to for her.
For example she may be given her supper starting 5pm (both solid food and possibly her milk). It should be enough to fill her, the solid food would ensure she stays full longer and she should be given this before the milk.

Then you would establish a nightly pattern , whatever routine suits you and put her to bed. Some mothers would then bathe, read to the baby then put down.

If possible she should be put down awake but sleepy. The reason to put her down awake is to let her learn how to put herself to sleep. IF she can put herself to sleep, she will sleep longer and also if she happens to wake up in the night (and not hungry), she will put herself back to sleep.

If you rock her or walk her to sleep, she would need this to go back to sleep each time.

If she cries when you put her down, wait 5 to 10 mins , take her up for a few mins, then put her back.Repeat as necessary.
Normally after 2 to 3 days of this, they learn to sleep on their own.

I hope this helps
