Can Zolof Causes Pink Stools During Diarrhea?

my 4 yr old has had i believe th estomach flu since tuesday night! he has uncontrollable diahrea and vomiting! i took him to the er today and they gave him zolof while there at 1230! he recently had a pink colored stool and i am worried about that what could this be caused by?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the viral infection of intestine then it will take some to come around only thing is that it needs to be taken care for dehydration else no needs to give any antibiotic unless it is the proven case of bacterial infection be patience it will be okay but may take little more time hope this information helps.
