Cause For Blood Along With Stool?

Dear Doctor, Good morning.. I am 35 year old male. Last few days i have experienced blood with motion slightly. But yesterday and today blood drops in motion. But no pain and no tired. What will be the cause and what to do?

I can understand your concern.
You are having blood in stool. Common causes for this are
1. Hemorrhoids
2. Anal fissures
3. Intestinal infection like typhoid or cholera
So better to consult doctor and get done clinical examination of anal region for the diagnosis of hemorrhoids and anal fissures.
Get done stool microscopic examination to rule out intestinal infection.
