Cause For Muscle Pain?

Hello Docs, I am female 40 years old, in excellent health but almost over one year I have some muscle pain in my right arms, the veins looks more pop out more than usual, and this muscle pain never goes away it seems like stay there all the time....I use some of pain muscle cream over at the counter, it feels relieved for a while but the sore muscle pain still there...I did went to do some traditional massage locally around my place but help only a little bit...my husband and I beginning to worry about it. Do you think you have any idea what is the caused of this muscle pain never goes away? Thank you docs. Regards, Sharon

Hello,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
