Cause For Pain Near Clitoris, Blood In Urine, Urge To Urinate, Bladder Never Feels Empty. Urine Culture Negative
Hi. I'm a 22 year old female with pain near clitoris, blood in urine, flank pain, fatigue, feeling the urge to urinate all the time, but my bladder never feels emptied. I went to the doctor and got a urine culture sent off. It came back negative. I also took a round of antibiotics, but i'm still having period like cramps and blood in urine. What could be causing this?se

Your symptoms suggest urinary calculus, which is just near the urethra, and it is about to come. Did you have any history of urinary stones before? This is my first diagnosis for you, as you are passing blood in stools with negative culture reports, and No vaginal Discharge, pain in flank with urgency of urine, and scanty urine. You must drink lot of fluids, and strain your urine to confirm passing of stones. Your Doctor can confirm and remove stones in urethra, if there is any.
Though there are chances of some STD's or Non STD's infection of uterus and Adnexa, or vagina or urethra.
it is better you see the Doctor again. it is very common problem, and Iam sure you will be better soon with proper diagnosis and treatment.
