I am 42 yrs old female have been pretty active but this past year I have been gaining weight 35 lbs. I am having a hard time loosing weight, I exercise 1 hour every other day in between I walk 1 to 2 miles 3 x a day, I watch what I eat, drink water, I love fruits and veggies I juice with kale as well. I do not eat a lot of chicken and rarely red meats I do eat fish. I have tried phentermine in the past and I can not take that medication at all. But I am hungry all the time like starving in the evening before bed time. I have been checked out by my physician did check up on Labs estrogen, thyroid good was told I m not going through menopause ,all lab work came back fine and I was told to exercise more . just at a loss its depressing.
Hi I appreciate your concern don't lose your mind just lose your weight your all biochemical profile is good you need not to worry at all if I were your family physician I would advise you following 1. Regular and consistent work out slowly increase the momentum 2. Have plenty of fluids especially when you wake up in the morning 1 to 2 liters of lukewarm water that will flush out all the harmful substances 3. Strict dietary restrictions avoid fatty and fried food 4. Have plenty of fresh fruits and dietary fiber. 5. Small and frequent meals or snacks
