Cause For The Child To Have Sudden Black Palms?

Hello, my son awoke with completely black palms and did not know how it happened. But when we scrubbed them,it came off very gradually with alot of hard pressure. They are not completley clean and i wondered if this is a medical comdition where the palms "bleed" like this . He is 15 years old and am worried if it occurs again,

Bleeding exclusively at palma is unusual condition, i feel it might because some of application ne must have user had causes that coloration not to bother
