Cause Of Ankle Pain After Sleeping With Socks On?

I fell asleep lastnight with high socks on and woke up with my right leg right above my ankle hurting and very sore. They are not tight socks, but anything like jeans have been hurting my legs. Do you know what could cause that? i have multiple sclerosis, could that be the cause?

Hi,

Generally, multiple sclerosis is not the cause. One possible cause could be rubbing of socks against the skin at night with excessive pressure from another leg. I would suggest you consult your doctor ASAP.
