Cause Of Back Pain Despite Taking Antibiotics?

I have had pain for two months on my right side of my back. I finally went in to the emergency room an they told me I had a uninary tract infecttion but after lots of antibotics (5 days) I m still feeling pain in my back. I m only 18 years old and am on my own. I don t have insurance. I know they don t want to do extra tests but I feel something else is wrong. I ve been throwing up and had blood in my urine and bowel movements. Please tell me what I should do? thank you, NIcole
