I have had pain for two months on my right side of my back. I finally went in to the emergency room an they told me I had a uninary tract infecttion but after lots of antibotics (5 days) I m still feeling pain in my back. I m only 18 years old and am on my own. I don t have insurance. I know they don t want to do extra tests but I feel something else is wrong. I ve been throwing up and had blood in my urine and bowel movements. Please tell me what I should do? thank you, NIcole
Hi, welcome to health care magic. after going through your queries my opinion is that you are suffering from renal stone which causes pain in your back. for diagnosis KUB x Ray, USG Whole abdomen should be performed. please drink lot if water and take liquids. small stones wash of their own. larger ones require extraction. further concern nephrologist.
