Cause Of Delayed Periods Post Marriage?

Hi, i got married before 5 months. Before that i used to have almost regular periods but after i got married my periods are delay like 15 or even 20 days. I don't think its due to pregnancy and also m not using any birth control measures.will u please explain the possible cause?

At times a change in the usual can result in such temporary changes. What is new in your life, is the sexual contact. But before assuming this to be the cause a thorough and elaborate evaluation will be mandatory. Conditions like ovarian cysts, infections from sexual contact, etc; need to be ruled out.
