Cause Of White Strings In Child's Stools And Stomach Ache?

My 3 yr old had her first bowel movement in 3 days and it had short white strings on it. They did not move. She is eating fine. Complained of a stomach ache shortly before she went. Otherwise fine. Trying to push fluids as her urine is getting dark. What are the white things? Trying to rule out worms.

White threads over the stool may be threadworms .
Ivermectin 200 micrograms/kg is the drug of choice.
In addition you have to maintain personal hygiene.
Treat all the family members simultaneously .
