Hi,
A follicle of the size of about 18 mm. can successfully release an ovum. Please make sure if you have the right measurements. With this ultrasound report, it appears that the follicles have not sufficiently developed. Injections of gonadotropins may be helpful in such circumstances. You may also need to increase the dosage of clomiphene. Please follow our doctor's instructions and monitor ovulation and use timed intercourse for proper result. A maximum of six cycles of Clomiphene may be used. Hope this helps.
