Chances Of Pregnancy If There Is A Tubal Addhesion?
my wife is having 32 years. married 2&half years back.one missed abortion was one year back.she was diagnose diabetis 2 years back. now she is in insulin.one month back D H L was done by a gynecologist. finding is subseptal septam transversly near the fundas of uterus& tubaladdhesion of uterus. now i want a child. what i will do?

subseptate uterus can be corrected by hysteroscopic excision. Tubes are important for fertility. First the cause of tubal adhesions needs to be assesed.
If endometriosis then you will require medications to treat it.
IVF is also an option.
