Chances Of Rabies Infection? Puppies Not Vaccinated, Licked The Wound

hi doc i have a question one of my puppies lick my wound it is not fresh i think my puppies is to month old and there mother have a vaccine every year just wanna know if my puppy transfer his rabies to my in that kind of case i just wanna know to if puppies have immunity to rabies when born..it`s happen around 2003 -2004..

No you will not contract rabies in that way, the animal itself has to be sick with rabies. The puppies can get passive immunity while suckling on the mother, but will later need their own vaccination .
