Change In Facial Structure Over The Years, Face Has Turned Wider, Jaw Seems Overgrown. Is It Normal?

Over these past four years, my facial structure has changed a lot. From what I noticed, my face became wider, and my jaw seems overgrown. This could, simply, be due to puberty . I am just wondering if my situation is normal, or should I watch out for health issues, like acromegaly? Although, the only other symptom of acromegaly that I share is oily skin and mild acne .
