Hello and welcome to HCM,

The appearance of calcification on X-ray chest on one occasion and absence in the other can be due to one of the following causes:
1. Different views of the X-ray film
2. Hiding of the calcification behind rib bone

A calcification on the X-ray chest may suggest a healed lymph node or a healed ghon focus (tubercular focus).
Some countries are very strict in screening of tuberculosis because any evidence of healed/ past tuberculosis puts the patient at high risk of developing tuberculosis once the immunity falls.

I am afraid, the report of the licenced lab will be taken as the final report.

Thanks and take care.
