Chest And Throat Discomfort, Urge To Burp. Concerned

I drank a small can of coke on the 29th of December and when I woke up the next day I felt this discomfort in my chest and throat and the burning kept coming and going as if I needed to burp and nothing happened. Now it s been 4 days and I still have that same discomfort when I swallow as if I m gonna choke and I feel the burning down my throat down to my chest. I m a little concerned. I ll be 43 in two weeks with no health problems
