Chest Congestion Upon Drinking Cold Water. Reason?

I had a few glasses of moderately chilled bottled water for 1-2 days. Since today morning i feel uneasy in lungs. No cough, No nose block, No water rolling in nose. But i am prone to this kind of infection whenever i consume very chilled water, or if i am under direct AC for some time.
I was traveling in my car with AC blowing on me from Vizag to Hyderabad, and at the end of journey itself i started feeling i got cold, yesterday. And i was consuming chilled water during stops.

My doctor on phone prescribed me: Azithral 500 for 3 days. i forgot to ask him dosage once a day or twice a day.

Please help me Dr..

Take rest.
Consume boiled and cooled water.
Stay in good ventilated areas.
The antibiotic which your doctor prescribed should be taken as a once daily dose.
It has to be continued for three days.
