Chest Feeling Heavy, Pain, Needles Poking. What Could It Be?
I am 53 years old and have been having chest pain for the past few days.. some times its heavy feeling pain and other times like tonight it feels like little needles or what not poking my heart on right side and right breast .. I don t have insurance or a doctor and was just wondering if I should think about seeing a doctor ?

Yes u should see a doctor as it is difficult to see and examine you online. Second as there is a heavy feeling pain it can be very well an angina
