Chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath. Any Ideas On What This Could Be Exactly?

I m a 22 year old male and for the past few days I ve been having extreme shortness of breath that comes in sporadic bursts. In addition to this I ve been having some severe localized pains in both my chest and under my armpit. Any ideas on what this could be exactly?

thanks for choosing healthcaremagic.You need to get your self examined by your doctor for exact cause of this.There are possibility like muscular pains,some spasmodic problems related to allergy.This may due to over exertion and stress out.so it is better you see a doctor.Some minor aliment like cough and cold can also lead to this.If you have associated throat pain,running nose etc.it favors this.
