Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
As you are a known case o diabetes and hypertension, there is high risk of associated heart disease.
Increased blood pressure cause shear effects at bifurcation of arteries with progression of obstruction.
Diabetes causes deranged lipid profile and cause increased atherosclerosis activities in coronary arteries.
You should again consult with your treating doctor and should go for angioplasty.
You should also consult with internal medicine specialist and should take proper treatment for hypertension and diabetes.
take care,
Dr. Mayank Bhargava
