Child. Diagnosed With ADHD, Anxiety, Lack Of Social Skills, Dyslexia, Poor Eating Habits. Help

my son ulysses is 9yrs old he has been diagnosed with adhd, high anxiety, no social skills(prefers to inter act with only one friend), dyslexia, sleepwalker w/ night terrors, and poor eating habits( he don't eat ANY hot foods, no meats, no veggies, no fruit.) He is willing to try new things but 99% of the time he automatically throws up. He eats lots of cheese, crackers, milk, breakfast shake for vitamins cereal with milk in a cup on the side, and a few other items. his doctor says im fighting a battle i will not win and that eventually he will grow out of it. so being said my question is this; I home school him and just like his previous public school I am unable to find a method in which he understands and just gets it. How do you teach a child with dyslexia?

Assess his fields of lacking and try to make him learn things with the help of his regular pediatrician, psychiatrist, and psychologist.
A specific leaning module should be tailored as per his learning capabilities and should be implemented.
