Child. Headache, Nausea, Vomiting, Mild Fever. Help

My ten year old son came home from school and laid down on the sofa and went to sleep for about an hour. At that point he told me his head hurt very bad and that he'd been nauseous all day at school. He ran up the steps suddenly and began to vomit on the steps. He is weak, nauseous and still having head pain. His temperature is right around 100.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
It seems that your son might have viral infection.
Give him lime water juice and plenty of water.
Give him light diet.
Give him rest.
For headache and temperature give paracetamol tablet, half tablet.
If vomiting is continued, consult your doctor and get him examined.
Ok and bye.
