hi doctor, my name is vikash jain. my boy name garvit jain age 2.5 years is having some trouble during urine. then we had a urine re test..
the results are:-
sp. gravity: qns
colour & deposit: pale yellow, clear
reaction: acidic
albumin: trace
microscopic: pus cell 20-22/hpf, epithelial cell 1-2/hpf
others: bacteria (+)
kindly suggest us what should we do

Hi,
Go to the doctor,get urine culture done urgently and start him on antibiotic as advised by our pediatrician.Also get him evaluated for signs of obstruction in urine flow like phimosis etc .
In boys urinary infection is not common.
