Child. Vomiting Followed By Fever, Soreness And Redness In Bottom Lip And Gum. Concerning?

i Have a four year old daughter a week ago she was threw up once a day for two days then the next day she had a temp of 101 but wasnt throwing up but she has a sore on her bottom lip and it looks like her gum on the bottom, the same side that her sore in on, is really red like it might be starting to get infected. she has a little temp of 99 but im starting to get really worried. I am ready to take her to the er please tell me what you think

Hi,
From history it seems that she might be having boil on bottom lip or some infection in the gum.
Nothing to worry, go to ER and get examined.
One course of antibiotic will cure this infection.
Ok and take care.
