Child Advised With GFCF Diet. What Are The Food To Give?

Hello, This is Samiran singha from Kolkata,India.
My son (2yr and 5 Month old) has been advised to have GFCF diet.
can you please advise what are the foods (which are available in India) i should give him.
After hearing GFCF diet i have started to give my son SOFIT SOYA MILK, can you please tell me whether SOFIT SOYA MILK is casein free Gluten free or not.

You need to avoid products made out of wheat, rye and barley. You need to avoid dairy products like milk, butter and cheese. You can continue giving soya milk which is casein free.
