Child Complaining Of Stomach Pain When Pressing Abdomen And Fever. Given Advil. Suggest?

My 4 year old son has been complaining of stomach pain, when I press on his abdomen it doesn't appear to hurt, but I can hear his stomach growl. He also has a fever of 103.5. I'm not sure if I should take him to the ER or wait till his doctor opens in the morning. I have given him children's Advil in an attempt to control the fever, I also gave him some around 6 hours ago, and the fever went away for only a few hours.

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic
to control fever paracetamol is given 4-6 times a day
this much high fever may be due to urinary tract infection or malaria
better consult a pediatrician to know the cause of the disease and the line of treatment
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
