Child Complaining Of Stomachache, Rash, Vomitting. Whiny, Lethargic. What Could It Be?

My son is 3 years old, last night he woje up from his sleep complaining his stomach ached. Woke up with a full pull up and I then discovered a rash. He ate breakfast and then vomitted about an hour later.
Now he is whiny and lethargic. Could thos be signs of chicken pox? because the rash looks similar? or what could it be?

Hi, it appears that the rash might be due to the chicken pox, or measles, or dengue, any how it necessory to consult a pediatritian for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such a rash, prescribe cifixime syp, domperidone syp, and paracetamol syp, and advise for investigations.
Thank you.
