Hi,
Thank you for your query,
Newborns will cry for the following things without any other associate symptoms.
1. Hunger
2. Wet due to passing urine or stool
3. Colic
4. Nose block
Around 2 months the most common cause of crying is due tp evening colic, pain caused due to abdominal pain.
You can try the following to relieve the colic pain.
1. Give colimex DF drops 15 minutes before feeding him
2. Hold the tummy of baby against the shoulder
3. Gently do massage on baby tummy.
And the colic pain decreases as the age increase.
Hope I have answered your query.

Hi
Thanks for your query.
Relax, your baby is having evening colic which is seen in 30 to 40 % of babies .
It starts by the age of 3 to 4 weeks and settles by 3 to 4 months of age.
I suggest you to give neopeptine drops after consultation with your doctor.
Gently massage his abdomen with olive oil or coconut oil in circular motions 5 to 6 times .
Keep baby in prone position but he should not be kept unattended.

Mother should avoid gas forming food articles in her diet.

Wishing your baby good health.
God bless.

General & Family Physician Dr. Ramesh M.Vachharajani's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
Night cry is very common up to 3-4 months due to infantile colic a child is having.
Nothing to worry, continue with Colimax drops 1-2 times during night time.
Gradually baby will be alright.
Please see that baby does not remain hungry and takes sufficient breast milk.
Wear loose cloth at night and observe her diapers frequently not having wet due to passing urine.
Ok and bye.
