Child Feels Weak, Pass Stool After Meal. Is It Normal?

my son is 3years old and he is very weak. after every feed/ meal he goes to pass stool . is it normal or it will affect his health and i don t see that his body accepts nutrients or able to digest because he is very lean. please help me in this regard.

You should get him evaluated once for her complaint to get her examined physically by a pediatrician.

But by looking at the symptoms it may be a case of Folic acid (Vitamin B9) deficiency.

Give Butter Milk every food.

If possible. you can get back to me with the progress in case u need further suggestions.
