Hi Akuri.Sowmya,
Thanks for writing your query.

All the doctors you have consulted are correct that your daughter is suffering from bronchits. It seems to be allergic in nature.

In addition to the medicines you should prevent her from exposure to cold and other allergens.

Romilast contains Montelukast, which is helpful in treating acute attack of bronchial asthma. It should not be used for very long periods for its side effects.

I would like to mention here that the levolin inhaler doesnot contain steroids . It contains Levosalbutamol same like Asthalin which contains salbutamol.

You can start a steroid inhaler daily for few weeks to decrease the frequency of attacks, after discussing with her Paeditrician and use levosalbutamol when discomfort is more.

This problem will gradually decrease with age.
Also give her fresh fruits and vegetables to increase her immunity.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.

Hi
Thanks for your query,,
Relax,do not worry so much as you have consulted 23 doctors.
Your daughter is having allergic bronchitis,
Asthalin nebulisation is given as a rescue therapy at the time of attack, levolin is not steroid it has levosalbutamol,
I advise you to get a pediatric consultation as i feel she needs to be put on mantainance therapy which is steroid inhalar as advised

Avoid exposure to cold,.dust.,fumes,smoke,.pollens.
This usually gets better as child grows.

Wishing your daughter good health
God bless
