Child Gets Motion Sickness On Going Into Mountains, Starts Vomiting. Would Prochlorperazine Help?

Hi, My query is for my daughter, 2yr 10 months old. She has motion sickness while we go into mountain and she starts vomit on the move by car. I m thinking about prochlorperazine . need your suggestion and doses for her. Also she suffers from acidity. I have Rantac MPS suspension in my house. what will be dose for her?

Yes, prochlorperazine can help for motion sickness but it is not recommended in such a small child. You may try Tab. Avomine half to one hour before the time of the planned drive up the mountain. Half a tablet should be enough for his age. You may crush it and give it with either milk or water.
