Hi Dear

Welcome to the platform of Health Care Magic

Female child with UTI is always prone for recurrent Urinary Tract Infection.

Few pus cells like 2-3 pus cell per HPF are normal for any body.

Urine should be scanned routinely for any silent infection.

If the number of pus cells are increasing and some symptoms like burning micturition or frequent urination are present then always go for urine culture to know the exact cause and well it should be treated completely with the complete course of antibiotic guided by urine culture report.

KFT and Ultrsound scanning to be routinly done yearly or six monthly.

Hope the query is answered.

Thanks
