Your daughter now needs a thorough clinical examination along with battery of investigations like complete blood count, test for malaria, typhoid, blood culture, urine routine examination and culture, chest X-ray and should be treated with some IV antibiotics till the reports of culture comes. Maintain adequate hydration by frequent sips of water. Do tepid( lukewarm water) sponging of whole body vigorously every time temp. begins to rise. Give her paracetamol 4 hourly and if temp. is more than 103 then you can also give meftal. I would suggest you to consult a pediatrician so that he will examine, suggest you the investigations and then treat him accordingly.
