Child Has Allergic Cough. Prescribed Montair. Should Ambrolite Also Be Given?
hello doctor...my son is 4 years old.he is continously having allergic cough ...doctor prescribed Montair-4.i am giving him for the last one month..still he is having the cough..doctor also prescribed ambrolite-2s..should i give that medicine also??if yes, how many times a day ??will nebulization with ventoline help him??pls advice..
Hi
You can continue those medications but go for consultation again as cough is still continuing to examine your child and his respiratory system. Try to avoid exposure of your child to allergens like smoke, dust, pollen, perfumes and sprays, pets and try to find out any culprit allergen by making a daily diary of food and allergen exposure and inform to your pediatritian.
