Pediatrician 's  Response
hello,
welcome to hcm
thanks for the query
first of all from your query it appears that he is having allergic skin lesions
you can cont the cetrizine syrup for 5 days and apply the calamine lotion till the skin lesions goes away
best thing is you have to find out the allergen causing it. so that next time you will avoid the allergen from coming in contact with your son
hope this information will be helpful top you
take care

Pediatrician Dr. Himanshi Kashyap's  Response
Hi,
Continue with the medication prescribed by the docter. If the allergy settles down and clears away you dont have to continue it.Such medictaions cannot prevent another attack. What we need to find out is to what she is allergic. So there are many things like food, environment, dust mite, pollen she could be allegic to.There is a allergy panel test available which can help to point the allergens .Discuss this with her pediatrician and if feasible get it done you could prevent her from getting exposed to it.
Bye
Take Care.
