Child Has Blood-filled Pimple On Face. Continuous Bleeding After Scratching. Should I Worry?

Hi my name is Gina and I have a 3 yr old son and this pimple looking thing popped up on his face and its filled with blood and he scratched it and now I cant stop it from bleeding . We took him to his Dr they gave him a ointment but its not working . What could this be on my sons face and is it something I should worry about ?

That pimple may be some skin infection. Just press it gently with clean sterile gauze piece for 2 to 3 minutes and after that apply antibacterial ointment as prescribed. If bleeding continues or reappears consult your regular pediatritian
