Child Has Cold, Running Nose, Chest Congestion. Should T-mimic And Azithral Be Given?

hello sir my daughter is 8 month old her weight is 9.3 and has been suffering from cold , running nose and chesty too. My doctor has recommended t-minic and azithral but seems noting is working for her, i have also given her steam and it is more effective than the medicines as mentioned above. Please let me know shall i continue to give her above medicine and also get a flue vaccination done for her.

Kindly giving steam inhalation, Upper respiratory tract infections are usually self limiting and resolves without use of antibiotics. It requires symptomatic treatment for fever and congestion. Keep the baby warm, nutrition f baby and hydration of baby is important. It is not advisable to give vaccination during acute episode.
