Child Has Cough, Nose Bleeds, Occurs During Night Time, Dry Winter Climate
my son is coughing alot (tight chest ), especially aat night. every night he is getting nose bleeds . also about 2 to 3 times a week while at school. He is 3.5 years old. Please advise if I should be concerned regarding a secondary underlying matter, or if this is a normal developmental thing , regards, Vicky (Johannesburg, dry winter climate).

shood be taken care of. Causes are anaemia calcium defeciency frequent fingering. rarely
hemofelia. Reason for cough could be URTI LRTI or EOSINOPHILIA. which in turn way
cause epistaxis. I advise you to consult a pediatritian for diagnosis and treatment. Besides
i advise you to follow some diet recomendations as Give the child green leafy vegetables
