Child Has Dark Complexion Since Birth. Dark Forehead. No Amniotic Fluid During C-section. Can Complexion Be Improved?

Hi doctor, my 3months old grandson has little dark complexion since birth, is there any chance of improvement in the complexion as both my daughter and son in law are very fair ! There was no aminotic fluid when c-section was done for the delivery. The baby s forehead is little more dark than the face and the rest of the body. Please advise.

Changing complexion is a continuous process that is decided by gentic. Hormonal and environmental issues.
…the real colour start appearing after 3 months age. The oils used for massage may lso make child look black… moisturisers improve them to fairer. Some medicines are available too but may not help if it is genetic.
Thanks
