Child Has Fever, Cough. Taken Wikoryl, Pecef, Calpol. What To Do?

My child 9kgs 9months is haveing fever, cough since morning, I used syp.wikoryl 5ml in morning fever came down, again fever came at 7pm 103degree and used wikoryl 5ml and syp. Pecef 50mg - 5ml, fever not came down, now at 11.15pm. Temp. 102 degree again used calpol 250mg - 3ml and spong bath, what can I do next , can I use syp.meftal P or not how much dose if again fever came

If he is eating ok and alert when his fever is down then you can simply continue to treat his fever as you have been doing for another day. We see a lot of viral illnesses this time of year that usually begin with fever before a rash appearsIf after 48 hours he is still running fever then you need to have his doctor take a look at him.
