Child Has Head Injury. Indented Spot. Need To Go To ER?

My son is 4 1\2 months old and he was laying on the bed and my husband and oldest son were playing and my husband accidently bumped the baby on the head with his head and cried for a couple seconds when i felt the spot it was indented then a couple minutes later it was normal and now its back to being indented .. Should I take him to the ER!????

Yes , it is better yo take him to ER ,


He may need examination and X-ray if needed to rue out depressed fracture skull which is quite common in small kids with trivial injuries also.
