Child Has Headache, Abdominal Pain, Leg Pain, Rash On Back, Mood Swings, Paleness. Reason?

Hi, my 4yr old son is getting headaches which wakes him at nite and he gets up in the morning with a headache, he has upper abdomen pain no constipation, he gets leg pain daily and now he is breaking out in a rash which last for an hour and then looks like pin pricks on his back, hes tryin to sleep after a 12/13 hr nights sleep and he is very moody and is very thin and pale?

i can feel your concerns

your child seems to have a iron deficiency anaemia.tiredness,irritability,aches ,pains, and mood swings are symptoms of deficiency anaemia
i advise you to have a complete blood profile.give him iron supplements after consulting your doctor.
deworm him asthis can cause recurrent abdominal pain.
improve his diet.give him fresh vegetables,meat and fruits.avoid spicy and junk food
i advise you to get his eyesight checked by your doctor as this is most common reason of headache in this age group
is rash subsided?if it remain for only 1 hour then it is most likely an allergic reaction.
