Child Has Inborn Error Metabolism Disease. No Treatment In Thailand. Need Advice

Hi, I had read news in Thailand about one baby girls 6 months old who has Inborn Error Metabolism disease. And Doctor there said she is first patient who has this disease in Thailand and they don't know how to treat her. So, they told the baby's mother that she will die. So, I did some research and find out that it kind of cmmon here in USA. And it is possible to help her. So, question.. What is your advice? Thank you so much..

Inborn error of metabolism is a wide spectrum. It shall be better if you find out what specific disorder has been diagnosed for the baby girl. Diet modification is the mainstay in many of the inborn errors of metabolism. So please do not lose heart and proceed after knowing the specific disorder.
