Child Has Mucus, Loose Stools After Changing To Cow's Milk. Serious?
My 13th month old has mucus and loose stools now for 6 since changing from formula to cows milk. Took him too doctor a week go and was told its probably a prob with his villi system and to keep him off dairy for 4weeks. I have done this or two weeks now and although its less frequent his stools are still loose and with mucus. Could this be more serious than what we were told. Should I stop his formula milk to lactose free.? Doc knew he was still having formulary
hi i had gone through your query and understand your concerns. i would come up with two most possibilities to fit your kid condition.these include
1.first possibility is,AMOEBIASIS ;It is caused by a protozoa, Entamoeba Histolytica. It is commonly spread by water contaminated by faeces or from food served by contaminated hands. Even vegetables grown in soil contaminated by faeces can transmit the disease.
spot stool examination may confirm the diagnosis.
2.second possibility is,MILK INTOLERANCE;most prevalent in infants fed on animal milk; bottle feeding increases the risk several times
TREATMENT PLAN;
i advise you taking Homeopathic medicines gives safe and permanent cure for your kid complaints of MILK ALLERGY.after treatment the milk tolerate levels increased and finally milk allergy is cured.
consult your local homeopathic physician for correct diagnosis of the case and remedy to fit your kid complaints. or mail me at drravib4u@yahoo.co.in
