Child Has Pain In The Back Mouth. Hurts When He Eats. Had Cranker Sore, White Pimples. But Pain Still Exists. Treatment?

my 4 yr old has pain at the back of the mouth, it hurts him when he eats. This has been going on for at least 3 months. Initially, he had cranker sore, and small white pimples, but they went away, but the pain is still there. Pediatrician saw him initailly, and said it would go away. I think it's been to long with this pain, am i right?

Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

According to your clinical symptoms i suppose that your child might have developed oral ulceration. A thorough clinical examination is required.
Apply Dologel oral ointment topically over the affected area only under Doctors prescription.
Give warm saline rinses to your child to give soothing effect.
Maintain a good oral hygiene.
