Pediatrician, Neonatology 's  Response
Hi,
This is the initial treatment or viral infection .
Only paracetamol dose in this will not be enough to bring down the fever.
Give extra paracetamol syrup about 7 ml when fever is high(.125 mgs in 5 ml concentration)
If fever does not reduce in 48 hrs, please go to the doctor again.
Good luck
