Child Has Recurrent Cough And Cold. Taken Antibiotics. Now White Patches On Tongue. Cause?

Hello my 4 year old has had a couugh and cold almost 3-4 weeks now. It comes and goes and she has had a dose of antibiotics 2 weeks ago. Since then ive tried cough medicine. But mostly I use ginger and honey as home remedy. However she woke up today with white patches spot looking on her tongue and it seems to be quite sore. What could be the cause? Am very worried..

Your history suggests that she developed fungal infection
Give B compex syrup and sporolac sachets orally once a day
Apply Candid mouth paint 2-3 times daily.
Your child will be alright within a weeks time
Otherwise consult pediatrician
