Child Has Red Marks On Face, Ear Pain, Raised White Bumps, Itchy. Allergy?

My child has small red blotchy marks on his face, around cheeks and eye, seems to have a cold/ cough , and is comPlaining about an inner earache. With small raised whitish bumps inside the blotchy areas, which appear to be itchy. 7 year old boy , Caucasian, generally healthy, no known allergies.

All this descrption is like allergy with urticaria and allergic rhinitis… all symptoms do fit in diagnosis.
Usually doctors prescribe antihistaminic syrups
The need and dose of this needs to be discussed with child specialist.
